What age group is this app intended for?
The app is ideal for children from age 4 through 10, and of course, “children of all ages!”
Which phones and tablets does this app work on?

Why was Color Quest created?
The Color Quest AR app is central to Stayhealthy’s mission to address the growing epidemic of excess fat in children in the U.S. This problem has tripled since the 1970’s and according to the Center For Disease Control, 1 in 5 children and young people now suffer from excess body fat. Excess body fat can lead to Type 2 diabetes, many types of cancer, stroke, and heart disease. It can also have a psychological impact when it leads to bullying. Studies show that if you educate a child about their health, it can lead to up to a 30% reduction in lifetime healthcare costs.

Are my children safe playing with the app? What kind of parental protection is there?
We understand how important privacy is to you and your family, which is why we are committed to creating a safe and secure environment that family members of all ages can enjoy. Color Quest AR is COPPA compliant, which means that it is based on government rules that regulate the collection of data from children under 13 years old.

I can't get the AR scanning to work - how do I scan the floor?
First, make sure you press the magic wand button on bottom of your colored character. Then, wave your phone slowly in a circular motion over a large surface where you would like to see your character. A white grid will appear on top of it and place your character. Still having difficulty? Tap the character who appears at the bottom of your screen to view your character in camera mode.
Can I turn off audio?
On the home screen, click the wheel at the top right of your screen and you will see My Account. Go to Audio Settings and click the speak symbol to the left to silence Sound Effects or Voice Narration.
Are there in-app purchases?
Yes, new fun features are added regularly, so be sure to check to see that you have the latest characters and activities.
How do I share my creations on social media?
Once you take a photo or video, simply click on either the video camera or photo camera icon at the bottom of the page. Save as you normally would do and it will be available to share on your favorite social media channels.
What should I do if the characters are not unlocking?
Characters unlock in a sequence, one by one, through the maze. For example, to unlock the second character, you need to color the character first, press the magic wand, button and allow your creation to appear in augmented reality 3D. If characters are not unlocking as expected, make sure you’ve colored the last available character, press the magic wand, and allow it to appear in augmented 3D. Please note that some premium characters may require an in-app purchase. If the problem persists, please email us so we can help at: ColorQuestSupport@stayhealthy.com.
Can I change the size of the image once my drawing appears in augmented reality?
Yes. Simply place your finger or fingers in the area of your character’s “feet” or bottom and a dust cloud should appear circling under it. Now you will be able to move the character around.
How do I print my designs?
You cannot directly print images from the app. However, any pictures and videos recorded during the augmented reality 3D scene will be saved to your phone gallery, where you can share or print them as desired.
